Questions
Legal and support inquiries route through one contact point
1. Eligibility and acceptance
Using Vectorizer Studio means agreeing to these rules.
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Seeable Pty Ltd, trading as Vectorizer Studio. By accessing our site, uploading content, creating an account, or using an API or paid plan, you agree to the current Terms of Use and any policies incorporated by reference.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
2. Accounts, plans, and credits
Accounts carry responsibility for usage, security, and payment.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. We may set usage limits, credit balances, rate limits, or storage limits depending on the plan you use.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the purchase flow unless canceled. We may change pricing or product packaging prospectively, and beta features may be changed or removed at any time.
3. User content and rights
You keep ownership of your uploads, but you grant us what is needed to run the service.
You retain rights in images, artwork, prompts, settings, and exported results that you lawfully submit or generate. You represent that you have the permissions needed to upload, process, and use that material.
To operate the service, you grant Vectorizer Studio a limited license to host, process, store, reproduce, and transmit your content as necessary for conversion, support, safety review, and product maintenance.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform, interfere with others, or violate the law.
You may not upload unlawful content, infringing material, malware, or anything intended to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform beyond permitted use.
We may investigate abuse, remove content, throttle access, or suspend accounts when we believe use creates legal, security, or operational risk for the service or for other users.
5. Suspension, disclaimers, and liability
The service is provided as available, and our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Vectorizer Studio may experience downtime, errors, or inaccurate outputs, especially in experimental or beta features. Except where law says otherwise, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend access for violations, nonpayment, or risk to the platform. Indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages are excluded, and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable service period.
6. Billing and refund policy

Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription. To update your payment method, cancel your plan, or view past invoices and billing amounts, visit the Polar customer portal. Sign in using the email address you used when purchasing your subscription.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payment already made.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Because vectorization requires significant computing power and is costly to run, we apply the refund guidelines below.
If a refund is approved and issued, your Pro subscription access may be cancelled immediately. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally approved when:
you have not yet downloaded or exported any results;
the product does not work as described or you experienced a technical issue we could not resolve;
you were charged by mistake or there was a duplicate purchase.
Refunds may be declined where:
the request is made after the 14-day refund period;
you have already downloaded or exported generated files, subject to case-by-case review;
the product has been used heavily or abusively;
the account has breached our Terms of Use.
Frequently Asked Questions
If your subscription includes a free trial, cancelling during the trial ends Pro access immediately and you will not be charged. Otherwise, after cancelling a paid subscription, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and the subscription will not renew.
If you have not downloaded or exported any results yet, refund requests are generally approved within the 14-day refund period. If you have downloaded results, we review the request case by case because the service is resource-intensive and we need to prevent abuse. Contact [email protected] and we will review your request.
