Control your data

Access and deletion requests are routed through a real person.

If you need a copy of your information, want something corrected, or want us to review a retention issue, email the privacy team directly.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run conversions, support accounts, and keep the service reliable.

This can include account identifiers, payment and billing records from processors, uploaded files, output files, technical logs, browser and device metadata, IP-based location signals, and communications you send to us.

We may also collect usage analytics such as session events, feature interactions, referral data, and cookie identifiers to understand demand, measure performance, and diagnose failures.

2. How we use information

We use collected data to provide the service, secure it, improve it, and communicate with users.

That includes authenticating accounts, processing uploads, generating exports, preventing fraud and abuse, sending transactional notices, responding to support requests, and understanding performance and reliability patterns.

When permitted by law, we may use analytics or marketing signals to evaluate campaigns, understand customer segments, and announce product updates. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications.

3. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information, and we share data only when there is an operational reason.

Information may be disclosed to hosting providers, payment processors, customer support tools, analytics vendors, and professional advisers who help us run the business under appropriate contractual restrictions.

We use Google Ads and the Google tag to measure whether advertisements lead to purchases. Google may receive advertising click identifiers, browser and device information, page interactions, and a transaction identifier, purchase value, and currency after our server verifies a completed payment. We do not send the purchaser's email address to Google for this measurement.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

4. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Retention periods vary depending on the data type, account state, support needs, abuse prevention requirements, and legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

No online service is perfectly secure, but we maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

5. Your choices and contact

You can request access, correction, deletion, or additional information about how your data is handled.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights related to access, deletion, correction, portability, objection, or restriction. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Privacy rights requests are reviewed case by case and handled under the laws that apply. The fastest way to reach us is via the privacy contact shown on this page.

Updates

If this policy changes in a way that materially affects how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the effective date shown above.
